Rosie Dowd-Smyth is an artist based in Rugby. She works primarily in sculpture and drawing. In 2022, Dowd-Smyth graduated from the MFA at the Glasgow School of art and was awarded the Glasgow Sculpture Studio Fellowship. She has exhibited across the UK and internationally, including two solo shows in Glasgow, and has taken part in various group shows, including Ridiculously yours! Art, Awkwardness and Enthusiasm at Bundeskunsthalle, Germany, The RSA Annual Exhibition at The Royal Scottish Academy and All Work and All Play at AIR Gallery, Manchester. She has been awarded residencies at Can Serrat, Barcelona and ASA HFBK Hamburg; had her work published in Nothing Personal Magazine and Whisk journal; and is currently a Lecturer in Fine Art at Warwickshire College.
